Television sitcoms have regularly come under fire over the years for not including enough minorities, whether they be women, racially diverse characters or lesbians and gay men. Responding to recent criticism from GLAAD, CBS programming exec Nina Tassler announced yesterday that the network would be adding gay characters to three shows. Do you think that was a smart move?
