Ed Westwick: ‘There’s Always New Women’
Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick seems to be doing just fine as a single man once again. Last night, he hit CBS, Showtime and CW’s Television Critics Association parties solo, ditching Chuck’s penchant for tailored designer suits for a deep V-cut tee and red sneakers. He hung out with the svelte, poised Maggie Q (to the right in the photo).
Although Ed broke up with former girlfriend and Gossip Girl co-star Jessica Szohr after learning she flirted with former pal Marco Minuto this past April, he’s back from shooting Gossip Girl’s fourth season opener in Paris, and ready to get back into the dating scene. Well, at least his character, Chuck Bass is.
“I don’t think it’s about that now,” Ed told Crushable of trying to win Blair back. “Where it picks up, they’re trying to move on. I think there’s some big changes and big things happen that make people change. They made the whole outlook of life change at the end of last season.”
Translated? Chuck is going to be on the market for some fresh female company.
“There’s always new women,” he laughed.
Could that be a hint of what’s going on in his own personal life? We’re pretty sure it is!
